Rite Aid has just started another great program as well. When you sign up for a Wellness card (in the store and online), you earn points for your purchases that translate to extra savings. You get one point for every dollar you spend on non-prescription purchases, and 25 points on every prescription purchase (and don’t forget, they often offer giftcards for transferring prescriptions there!). When you achieve 125 points, you earn a one-time shopping pass for 10% off. When you earn 500 points, you earn a free health screening and 10% off your prescriptions every day. When you reach 1000 points, you earn 20% off your presciptions every day. If you or your family has prescription medicines, this can translate to huge savings! Just for signing up, you also get special members-only coupons (including a bunch when you first sign up), 10% off Rite Aid brands, and 24-hour access to a pharmacist if you have medicine-related questions or concerns. Some terms and conditions apply, of course. Points accrue over a year. You must have your card scanned in order to receive these discounts.
