Publix Baby Club
The Publix Baby Club is a great source for information, resources, and awesome store coupons! If you have a child under 2 and you shop at Publix, you definitely need to sign up for the Baby Club! First-time sign-ups receive valuable coupons for FREE products AND a copy of the AAP book "Caring for Your Baby and Young Child" (for first-time parents). I got this book when my oldest child was born, and it is a great resource of medical and developmental information.
Preschool Pals
When your child outgrows the Baby Club, Preschool Pals is another great (free) source for store coupons as well as advice and information (for 2-4 year olds). There are often coloring books in the store for your preschoolers. They send you quarterly newsletters, a card on your child's birthday, a CD-rom when your child turns three, and other fun stuff (I don't know about you, but my kids LOVE to get stuff in the mail!).
FamilyStyle Magazine
FamilyStyle Magazine is a great little magazine full of kid-friendly recipes and tips, fitness advice, and coupons! While there are copies of this magazine in the stores, those copies do not have nearly as many coupons as the subscription ones. It is a free magazine that is mailed quarterly. Please note that these magazines are only available to residents of Georgia, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida.
GreenWise Magazine
If you are trying to live a natural and organic lifestyle, GreenWise Magazine is for you! It is full of recipes and information on nutrition, fitness, and disease prevention. Also free and delivered quarterly.
Publix Grape Magazine
If you are (or just want to be!) a wine connossieur, you will love this free magazine! Delivered quarterly, it is packed with info about wines, grapes, entertaining tips, and recipes. Publix Grape Magazine is sure to become a favorite if you enjoy wine!
