eCoupons

eCoupons are a great way to save additional money at Kroger without having to remember to clip any coupons or take them with you. They load directly to your card and come off at the end. These can no longer be used with paper coupons, but are nice to have to score an extra item or two when you don't have enough paper coupons. eCoupons do not double and only come off of one item- even if you buy more than one. Always remember to check for new eCoupons before you head to Kroger- they usually take about an hour to load to your card. Remember, your cashier can't do ANYTHING about it if, for some reason, your eCoupon is not deducted, so don't ask them to (or be upset with them!). I like to keep a printout of what coupons I have loaded so I always remember what I have. You should not rely on this method for savings- it should just be extra savings. Paper coupons are still the way to go for "extreme" savings.

http://www.kroger.com
The Kroger site actually has great coupons that you can load to your card. You must sign up for an account and provide your actual card number. You can load and use each coupon only one time.

www.cellfire.com
This site allows you to load up to 50 coupons, usually for Kroger store brands as well as a few others.

www.shortcuts.com
This site allows you to load up to 50 coupons, and they are a nice wide variety.

SavingStar:
This great site allows you to select coupons and load them to your card- but instead of coming off of your total at the end of the shopping trip, the amount of the coupon is deposited into your SavingStar account when you buy the participating item. Once your SavingStar account has reached $5, you can cash out for a Paypal or Amazon giftcard or have it deposited into your bank account! (Currently these can be used with paper coupons)
